Ventilation Mécanique à Domicile
The book "mechanical ventilation at home" has two volumes. Volume I, in hard copy, has five chapters dealing with mechanical ventilation in general. Volume II, in digital version, includes a collection of information provided by manufacturers and an updated summary of all home ventilators marketed in France. The idea of this work consists in proposing a practical tool to health professionals, more and more numerous and from more and more varied horizons, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the very widely diffused technique and a device in constant evolution.

Dr. Ayman Kheir
Pulmonologist & training resuscitator. Hospital practitioner at the University Hospital of Nancy (Hôpitaux de Brabois), head of the Intensive Respiratory Care Unit within the Pneumology department. He is a member of the French-speaking Pneumology Society (SPLF) and the French-speaking Resuscitation Society (SRLF). Heavily involved in the field of non-invasive ventilation (NIV), he is behind the Lorraine day of NIV created in 2012 at the Abbaye des Prémontrés in Pont A Mousson. This annual training is intended for all health professionals involved in the management of respiratory failure.
